Railway , Beliaghata, 11 Convent Lane, Calcutta-15 and at Depot  Stores Keeper, N.F. Railway, Guwahati-1  for and on behalf of  the President of India upto 14:15 hrs on the date indicated. Tender documents can be obtained on behalf of  the President of India upto 14:15 hrs on the date indicated.Tender documents can also be downloaded from this site and printed by tenderer at his/her endelse Tender documents can be obtained from  the office of Controller of  Stores or  from the Asst. Controller of Stores, N. F. Railway, Beliaghata or from Depot Stores Keeper ( Forms Depot ) , Guwahati  - 781001 on payment of the cost of the tender documents as per following schedules:-

The above charges are excluding Speed Post Charge (Speed post charge is not applicable in case tender documents are downloaded from this site). Demand Draft or Indian Postal Order shall be drawn in favour of FA & CAO/N.F. RLY/Maligaon.
1.In case Tender documents are downloaded from this site , the tender must accompany cost of tender documents in form of Demand Draft or Indian Postal Order other wise tender will be rejected.

2. Firm's request for despatch of tender documents by Speed Post can be entertained well before the opening date, provided the following postal charges are received in advance along with the cost of tender documents by MO         i)Rs.30/= per set up to 500 kms.         ii) Rs.45/- per set above 500 kms.

The above charges are subject to statutory revision. Firms who desire to have the tender documents by speed post should first ensure that the speed post facilities are available with their nearest Post Office before sending the charges as per above. In case the  facilities do  not exists  at  the  place where  the firms  want the documents to be sent, the charges will not be refunded. Instead the documents will be sent by registered post only.
